A hearty hello

So...I've basically been making all kinds of vids, ever since I was a 16 year old.

Bought my first (Hi8) camcorder when I was to go on this epic trip with my folks to the US.

Truth be told, those gazillion tapes still need to be edited, and are lying around somewhere.

But maybe this will incite me to brush off the dust at some point and edit some of that.

Ever since that videomaking has first been about "making movies" and later shifted to "movies to be played intermixed with live action on stage" for my plays.

But betwixt that I've filmed some, I guess, unplaceable stuff.

Videos that are more for fun than anything else.

And some bloggish type things...

And the last few months this has sorta quadrupled thanks to a camera I got as a present from a good, sweet friend 'o mine (you know who you are).

One that makes it possible for me to carry it around in my bag every day and shoot whatever comes in my path, including me.

Anyways, they've been asking me if I use it...

And so, I got to thinking as to what I was gonna do with the vids that I make.

I posted some on Vimeo, but that's not really the place to post videoblogs.

Nor is Youtube, where shitloads of vids get deleted because of "copyright" whatevers...

So, here's an attempt at posting vids in a whole new realm.

I'm not a frequent blogger, not as I used to be in years of yore.

But I'll try to post stuff on here, much like I do on my written blog "Mind over Matter"

Be forewarned tho: not all videos will make sense...

And some will just be impressions I had from things I see...

But hey

That's just the way I roll...
